Beautiful house menorquin style in the centre of Ciutadella between the Cathedral and the harbour. House with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, big kitchen with dining-room, living-room and terrace with sofa. Very well decorated and well equiped (television, video, microwaves, washing machine, dry-machine, dishwasher, full equiped, bed clothes, towells etc). Three floors. The house is very cosy and new. From the 23th of June you can enjoy the "Jaleo" o "Sant Joan", the famouse horses party and you can see it from the house. The house is in the best possible location if you want to stay in the centre of the city. Traffic is not allowed in the street. The area is very familiar and menorquin people. If you need someone to pick you up at the airport we can arrange it. We can rent you bicycles, because is the best way to move around. Close to restaurants and shops and near transports.

Independent studio part of a set of three buildings. Below the main house you will discover our studio on the ground floor on the swimming pool with its hammam, its swimming pool and its bathroom. Magnificent place set back from the house built on the edge of the canyon. Not overlooked, totally private, the view of the canyon is spectacular. The swimming pool is an integral part of the studio and is not shared with any other traveler. The beach is a 5 minute walk away.

Casa totalmente restaurada y equipada en el centro histórico. Situada en una calle peatonal y muy tranquila, conserva los típicos techos abovedados. La casa consta de planta baja, dónde se encuentran la cocina, la sala de estar y un pequeño patio interior que da luz y vida a la casa. En un primer nivel, encontramos una habitación doble y un baño. En un segundo nivel, dos habitaciones dobles y un baño. Subiendo hacia la azotea encontramos la zona de lavadero.

A 7 minute walk will take you to la playa de Santandria, where you will find a lovely tranquil sandy cove and a few bars and restaurants. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed both from the cliffs between Santandria and Sa Caleta and the seafront walk to Cala Blanca.
