There is so much to explore from our doorstep such as ancient castles, majestic mountains and lakes, steam railways, Portmeirion, Zip-world and much more. Glan Seiont Cottage is a former farmhouse dating back to 1847, located on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, near the banks of the River Seiont. A perfect base for groups wanting to climb Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa). The sherpa bus route stops just at the top of the drive and goes to the start of Llanberis Pass and Pen-y-Pass or can take you to the beautiful Caernarfon castle. A wood fired hot tub in the garden makes it the perfect retreat for summer or winter.

The cottage is a beautiful barn conversion set in 9 acres of hay fields, woods, streams and ponds and less than 10 minutes from the coast.Large, open plan living area with handmade, fully equipped kitchen area. 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suites. One bedroom on the ground floor, the second bedroom being accessed by its own staircase. ( not from the ladder in living area) Cloakroom, outside sitting/dining area and full use of all the grounds. Ample parking.

You have total privacy with no passing traffic. Peace & quiet, wildlife and wonderful walks all at your doorstep. Watch stunning sunsets over the bay and sunrises over Snowdon. The name Bryn Goleu means mountain light. One small/medium dog is welcome but please let us know and check the doggy rules with us.
