This charming, fully renovated cottage is more than just a place to stay-it's a living piece of Elbert County history which has been lovingly restored to maintain the charm, character and beauty of this unique property. Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes cooktop grill/griddle, sink, air fryer, toaster/convection oven microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Full Laundry with washer & dryer. Studio is heated by electric heat or a wood stove and cooled with AC. There is also a small outdoor space with a fire pit. Enjoy!

Please be aware it is on acreage on the plains which is home to lots of wildlife including antelope, deer, foxes, coyotes, lizards, snakes and other critters which at any given time you may see. Please do not try to pet any of the wildlife you encounter and please respect their space.
