The pool house has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk, John Smith's Bay beach 5 minutes and grocery store 12 minutes away. We also have a Labrador that roams the property. There's cable tv (includes HBO and Showtime) free wifi. Nearest beach is a 5-10 minute walk and the bus stop a similar distance. 2 restaurants are within walking distance (The Reefs and Henry VIII). I am offering a unit consisting of 1 bedroom and separate bathroom in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are so many amenities in my immediate area, bus stops at the end of my lane, 2 grocery stores, a cycle / electric car rental location and a filling station just minutes away. There is also a Pharmacy if you have forgotten to bring an essential item. Please be aware that I have a 3 NIGHT minimum, no exceptions.
