Hello! Come stay at the Lightfoot Horse Farm Guest House! We are located twenty minutes outside of Chico, in the rural community of Cohasset. Here you’ll find a working horse farm with ten horses, lots of open space to roam about, a yoga deck, and a peaceful little abode in which to get a quiet's night sleep. Private 3 bedroom, 1 bath home with office and Wi-Fi on 17 secluded acres in the pines near Collins Lake and Bullards Bar. Solar powered with well water and gated access. This is a shared, working property with four active commercial greenhouses with vegetables gardens and periodic caretaker presence. Greenhouse areas are not accessible. Access requires a high-clearance 4WD vehicle and a scheduled meet-up for guided arrival. Best suited for independent, rural-minded guests.
