It is a short drive/bike ride down Vallombrosa Avenue to the University and downtown Chico and is filled with books, musical instruments, and places to relax for families or couples/friends traveling together. Our home has a smart TV for easy access to your favorite apps. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking meals together. Our local marina, Lime Saddle, has boat, kayak and paddle board rentals for a day on the lake.

This beautiful 3 acre river front cabin on the middle fork of the Yuba River is in the Tahoe National Forest. Two bedrooms and a loft that sleeps 9. Nevada City is just 15 to 20 minutes away, with Bullards Bar Reservoir just 10 minutes away for fishing and boating. Lots of hiking and mountain bike riding trails nearby. BBQ on the rear deck while you view the river in the backyard with your own private beach.
