This space is the entire basement, you may or may not share yard space with renters upstairs if rented. AC is controlled upstairs, but reach out if warm or cool.

Cows and calves can be seen for that added country experience. Several local attractions and nearby activities are just 15 minutes away in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Just a short 27 miles from Interstate 80.

This Little House on the Driveway is just the right size for your stay, with a kitchen, full bathroom, and living space. We have 2 full size beds. It is close to the square where there are several restaurants and shops. There are many things to do in the area. The unit is tucked away in the back yard where it's quiet, please note parking is on the street. Summer 2026 we are improving the outside and things maybe in progress. Please excuse our mess, and photos may not be accurate.
