Just downhill from the patio (with a view) is the Roly Grail mountain bike trail, which is part of the world-renowned Kingdom Trails network. A perfect base camp for your mountain activities.

Our family retreat is set on a hilltop with sweeping views of farmland, distant mountains and Caspian Lake. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.
