Welcome to the Lodge at The Light Center! The Light Center is a spiritual non-profit retreat center dedicated to Prayer & Meditation. The Lodge is an open large lodge that is welcoming and rustic. All rooms may be individually rented. Please know our lodge is unsuitable for children under age 12 due to our sunken living room with granite stairs, two outdoor granite staircases, and a 1950s style balcony. We have a large communal kitchen, living room, & dining room. Our cleaning protocols excel.

The Marshall House Inn's Skyline Guestroom (Room #7) has two queen beds with beautiful birds eye views and an en-suite bath. Common areas include a 1st & 2nd floor living room (where a complimentary light breakfast is available), dining room, game room, fire pit and a 50' porch overlooking downtown and the French Broad River. A short walk to Main Street with its riverside cafes, restaurants, shops & brewery, and 25-minutes from Asheville, the Inn is on the National Register of Historic Places

Compassionate Expressions Mtn Inn (Loft Room)

Inner Quest Inn Room: Private spacious upstairs loft area, "one room efficiency floor plan" with queen bed & skylights. Fully equipped kitchen: frig, stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, coffee pot & dinette table. Shower bathroom. Electric fireplace & couch. There is a separate double bed adjoining this room - that can accommodate a third person. (Please note: No children under the age of 12 years as this Inn Room is in the same structure where we offer our quiet peaceful Spa services.)
