One car can be parked in the accommodation garage. ❇️A spacious dining room, Wi-Fi, TV (Netflix), AI Bluetooth speaker, board games, party supplies rental service, outdoor table and chairs are provided. ❇️This is a private hanok experience accommodation where bridal showers, small gatherings, club meetings, small first birthday parties, and other events/parties can be held. You can freely use the yard, which is hard to find in the city. ❇️You can enjoy the traditional look and modern interior by renovating a hanok built in 1939. ❇️ There is a yard, and as a Hanok is a wooden building, we do disinfect weekly, but bugs may appear very rarely. (If you are very sensitive, please carefully consider making a reservation.)

We have spacious Garden with lovely pine trees and seasonal flowers. You can feel healing and relax with our lovely calm garden. We have also small farm growing ingredient fruits. you can pick & enjoy eating for breakfast in summer season. You can take a walk along the riverside path near our house and enjoy water skiing and paragliding. Public transportation is also available. It's a 10 - minute walk from Asin Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. Pick-up from Asin Station is also available.

동촌재는 서울의 중심인 광화문광장과 경복궁에서 가까운 서촌 마을에 위치합니다. 약 100년전에 지어진 동촌재는 서울시와 한국관광공사로부터 공식 인증을 받은 전통한옥입니다. 동촌재는 정년퇴직한 부부가 자택을 개방하여 2020년 10월부터 운영하고 있습니다. 동촌재는 380.17m² 대지 위에 하나의 건물로 이루어져 있으며, 공간은 안채(Anche/Main House),사랑채(Sarangchae/Detached House),문간채(Annex)로 구분되어 있습니다. 게스트는 안채(Main House)와 문간채(Annex)를 전용으로 이용합니다. 호스트는 독립건물로 되어 있는 사랑채(Detached House)에 거주하며, 조식 제공 등 필요한 서비스를 직접 도와드립니다. 동촌재에서 전통 한옥의 고즈넉한 아름다움과 은은한 정취를 편안하게 느껴보시기 바랍니다. 감사합니다. ※ 동촌재는 세이프 스테이 캠페인에 참여하는 합법적인 숙박시설입니다.
