It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. This is the most charming tiny studio cottage with separate entrance, and a private brick patio in a family friendly neighborhood in Sunny Hills Fullerton, and is a short drive to great restaurants, and lots of activities including Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm.
