The Ark is a contemporary 2 bedroom cedar clad chalet set in a large open green space amongst other individually privately owned quirky beachside properties.

Bright open-plan kitchen and dining area alongside a lounge with access out to the courtyard. Three double bedrooms, the bathroom complete with a roll-top bath and separate shower. To the rear, a private courtyard garden provides with direct rear access—perfect for storing beach gear, paddleboards, and sandy shoes straight from a day on the coast.

Spacious bright, airy home is set at the end of a quiet road, approx ten minutes of the bus station, beach and town with multiple shops and pubs with a large garden. Food and children's drinks are not taken into the lounge area please. Table mats are provided for dining table, close by the lounge. Downstairs is almost entirely open plan, except for an additional room where there is a very comfortable sofa bed. NO SMOKING PLEASE.
