Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

The Former Stables

A self-contained, one bedroom apartment which was converted from stables around 10 years ago. It is perfect for couples, solo travellers and small families.

Ensuite with a double bed, kitchenette with 2 burner hob, fridge freezer, microwave and lots of storage with a separate built in wardrobe. Sleeps 2 comfortably.

The Paddock Annexe is a detached, 2 storey apartment in the grounds of The Paddock House. It has one parking space and private entrance. It is located in the peaceful village of Holton, just 6 miles from the centre of Oxford. Oxford, High Wycombe and London are all easily accessible and there are lots of transport links nearby. This is a great location for the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford University and Oxford Brookes.
