Our private detached studio sits in the heart of a quiet residential neighborhood. Short stroll to coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Short 1/2 mile walk to the river. The space* Newly constructed, cozy 200 sqft studio, includes a comfy loft bed, 10ft ceilings, full bathroom, kitchenette, TV, and sitting area. Easy access to the new bike trails that take you to Cheadle Lake & The Santiam River. If you're interested in a guided fly fishing trip, we are happy to help arrange that!

Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep.Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

Escape to your romantic cottage where every detail ensures a "cozy and welcoming" stay. Guests rave about the "private hot tub," "peaceful outdoor space," and "spotlessly clean" interiors. Snuggle in to the 1500 count sheets in the loft bedroom, the fireplace completes the mood. Interesting, original and unlike a hotel. Conveniently located neighborhood, with easy drive access to shops and dining. This unit does have noncompliant ADA stairs. Unsuitable for Children. Non Smoking property.

Spacious Farm Garden Loft with View

This spacious 1000 Sq ft guest suite with private bath has flexible furnishings that can be set up to create a cozy movie/popcorn night or open up for morning yoga. Hiking trails leave from your door into an expansive park. We are an urban farm garden and have chickens and goats. Visit on Tuesday evenings (May - Oct) to enjoy a local farmers market on the property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We respect diversity and inclusion. Minutes from Pre's Trail and endless miles of river bike paths leading to Autzen Stadium, UO Campus, and downtown Springfield and Eugene, this private master bedroom with full bath is awesome. The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more. You'll enjoy personal touches including my own personal pottery and photography.

Sunny Studio in the Friendly

Cozy up in this sunny studio located in the Friendly neighborhood. Snuggle up in the comfy queen bed by the gas fireplace. A wine fridge chills your food and beverages. A private full bathroom—separate from the studio—is accessible by a 40-foot lighted and partially covered walk to the garage. Enjoy the quiet back yard, patio, and garden. Restaurants, shopping, and parks are within a short walk. We welcome up to two well-behaved guest dogs with responsible owners.

Shabby Chic Cabin in the Trees

Snuggle in to our cozy, quaint cabin! The cabin features shabby chic furnishings, many made by hand by our family. It is is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, nightstands, futon, electric fireplace & breakfast nook with bar refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Plates, cups, silverware, coffee pods, bedding and towels are provided! Hot showers and toilets are located in a separate, unheated building about a 1 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest!

Lincoln Block House - No Cleaning Fee

Lincoln Block House is a beautiful, comfortable cabinish home in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We are a day trip away from the Oregon Coast, the mountains or the city. We are in SW Albany so super easy to get onto Highway 34 and get yourselves to OSU campus. We are also 45 mins away from U of O Campus. My husband and I built this house ourselves and would love to share its special charm with you. A true home away from home.
