Zelhem is known as the green heart of the Achterhoek, where you can enjoy peace and space. You can take beautiful walks and cycling trips in the region. Other Hanseatic towns like Doesburg, Zutphen, or Deventer are also relatively close by. The holiday home has a large garden in which you can hear many birds chirping and start your day with a healthy breakfast. On the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the enormous garden and fully unwind with all the nature surrounding you. There is a barbecue to enjoy your evenings with smoked meals. 's Avonds zittend bij een vuurtje op de dijk, én op loopafstand van het sfeervolle centrum van Zutphen! De uiterwaarden liggen naast het huis, waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen en genieten van de rust. Je kunt onze 2persoons kayak lenen en het water opgaan, en er is een flipperkast in huis! De woning is zeer ruim met 140m2.
