The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Near to Birmingham airport and NEC, Warwick, Henley in Arden, Stratford upon Avon to name but a few. The apartment comprises cosy bedroom area, open plan living area with comfy sofas, smart tv, dining / kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a loo and basin (please note there’s no shower in the loft but we can give access to the downstairs shower room). Have a memorable weekend in this shepherds hut based on the Worcestershire/ Herefordshire border, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Based just off the amazing "Worcestershire way" hike. Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Luxury newly renovated 2 bedroom coach house set in the grounds of a Georgian Manor House with its own private gardens and duck pond over looking the National Trust Tithe Barn. The Coach House is within walking distance of the quaint village of Bredon which boasts 2 pubs, a village shop and playground. Bredon is ideally located for Malvern, Cheltenham and the Racecourse, Worcester and the rest of the Cotswolds. The Owners live in the Manor House so are at hand for any questions.

Dreamy Pool House

Set on its own, overlooking the natural swimming pool, this cosy stable barn has everything you need for a romantic getaway. The Poolhouse is set amongst 34 acres of parkland on the Talton House estate, and is 10 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. Downstairs is a kitchenette, sofabed, loo and shower. Up a ladder is the mezzanine level with a comfortable double bed, from which you can look out over the orchard. Outside on the patio is the wood-fired hot tub.

The Cabin by the Pool

Self-contained luxury cabin set in our country garden with views across a large, heated outdoor swimming pool which is for your exclusive use. A raised deck captures the afternoon and evening sun and a fire pit area with blankets makes for cosy evenings stargazing. The Cabin is air-conditioned, has a Super-King size bed, luxurious cotton sateen linen and a stylish shower room with fluffy towels. There is fast WiFi, a smart TV, Bose sound system and a well equipped kitchen.

A lovely, peaceful Victorian house in the idyllic hills of West Worcestershire with its own swimming pool (unheated, and closed October to April), tennis court with panoramic views and gardens. Perfect for a rural retreat with multigenerational family groups or friends. Enjoy the outstanding scenery using the network of fantastic footpaths, enjoy a barbecue or fire pit or cuddle up by a wood burning stove.
