Quirky Tin Cottage near the Mendip Hills

Our cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream, next to our house. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (it also has central heating ;-)), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a veranda for sitting and watching the world go by, oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Garden Room

In Backwell, a 20-min drive from Bristol Airport, relax in the quiet garden room, a contemporary self-contained double bedroom with an ensuite wet room. Arrive to chocolate and a glass of wine, maybe on the terrace. There's juice, fruit and a cereal bar as well as tea or Dolce Gusto hot chocolate, cappucino or Americano. Please let me know of any allergies or intolerances. The Rising Sun is a short walk away and provides great food and drinks all day. Heaven Coffee House is very near too.

Holly Tree Barn is a new modern conversion surrounded by lovely countryside, on the doorstep of Bristol and near Bath . Ideal for the Balloon Fiesta, the Airport and University Graduations. Bristol is easily reachable by train, bus, cycle path or car. Glastonbury, the Cotswolds and the beach are an easy drive. The Barn is down a quiet lane with village shops, pubs and the train station a 10 min walk. It is near public footpaths allowing you to explore the valley, walk, cycle and unwind.

The Nest at Backwell

Situated in Backwell near Bristol and 3 miles from the airport, the Nest is a bright, relaxing and peaceful space. Two great pubs and cafes, takeaway and grocery shops are within a short walk. Great transport links from the Nest to Bristol via train and bus and the airport is only a 10 minute drive away. The Space King size bed in open plan bedroom/sitting room with small double sofa bed. The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Woodside - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning addition to our home with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.

Coach House Backwell

The Coach House is a large 2 bedroom cottage situated in the spacious courtyard and grounds of a Grade II listed 17th century house. It is located in the attractive West Town Conservation area of Backwell, close to village shops and amenities and a pub serving food 200m away. The village of Backwell is just 7 miles south west of Bristol, 15 mins by car, with excellent bus and train links. Whilst new to Airbnb it has been a 4 star holiday let since 2003.

It is located in beautiful rural Somerset, yet ideal for central Bristol (15 minute drive) and Bristol Airport (less than 10 minute drive). There are lovely local walks straight from the property, with a footpath leading down to the pretty village of Barrow Gurney which has a pub and shop.
