The bedroom has exposed beams, a reclaimed pine floor, ash staircase and by all accounts nice, comfy beds. fast wifi is included. The small private garden is just for you. Set in the heart of the Broads National Park, two minute walk from Womack Water and river and five minutes to Ludham village pub and shop. Scenic river and marsh walks, nature trails, beaches, riverside pubs, boat hire all close by. Seal pups at Horsey a special off- season attraction December to February.

Howard’s End

Howard’s End is a self contained single storey annexe with ample parking. It adjoins my home which was originally an Edwardian wheat store. Perfect for couples , a travel cot is available for a small child. 8 miles east of the beautiful historic city of Norwich with easy access to the famous Norfolk-broads as well as the lovely beaches of the East and North Norfolk coasts. A wonderful area for sailing , canoeing ,walking and bird watching. Two coarse/carp fishing lakes within walking distance.

Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. Crossing Retreat is a timber clad modern barn which has been renovated to give guests a taste of the countryside with a quirky twist. The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. In the cooler months it provides a great source of light, enabling guests to take in the surrounding fields which provide lovely views. The Horse Barn is a converted farm stable in the grounds of the owners grade II listed farm house; Holly Farm. The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by open farm land. The barn has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The main living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a double bed wardrobe & chest of drawers.
