Warwick house located 12 min from Providence Airport, and 15 min from Kent Hospital. 2 min from Conimicut Point Park accessible for boats, and 2 min from Conimicut Village, with great local restaurants and cafe's. In a quiet and safe neighborhood. Full kitchen, dinnerware and utensils included. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and blender. TV's, board games. Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.
