Major supermarkets are one suburb away in either direction (both accessible by train). UQ is 10 minutes away. If you play golf I can arrange a round at Indooroopilly Golf Club.

Weekend traffic on road can be busy but weekdays are usually quiet. Lockbox entry, no check-in. Driving Distance: 12km & 24 minutes from Brisbane City.

It's 150m to a fabulous suburban cafe and not far to a major shopping centre, the suburbs quaint shopping area and train - 18 minutes to town. The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. There's a made queen size bed (and if needed a spare mattress with linen supplied for guests to make)

Our apartment is set on level 20 rising high above the city with 180° uninterrupted views of the beautiful Brisbane river from the living room. This is a new cosy flat in a nice and quite part of Kenmore. It is a part of two story Hampton style house. The unit has it own access, ensuite, Aircon reverse cycle and double bed. It has a small fridge and kitchenette so you can store food and prepare your meals. The washing machine is outside in the patio area. Five minute drive to Kenmore Plaza, Koala Santuary, and Centanary hightway. Nine km to Brisbane CBD. Bus stop to the City via Indooroopilly is about 900m away. Street parking.

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.
