The beauty of this location is that you feel away from the hustle and bustle of every day life yet you are still close to many lovely towns and villages such as Ferring, Worthing, Arundel, Chichester, Brighton with very good public transport links.

Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. To ensure a peaceful experience, we suggest enjoying up to 2 hours of soaking time - perfect for unwinding in comfort and privacy 🥂🍾

Take a break and unwind at this new, modern, private self contained cabin, a short walk from Shoreham's beautiful beach and nature reserve. The cabin is accessed by its own private entrance. Very close to local shops, restaurants and take-aways and a short walk to the footbridge over the River Adur to Shoreham-by-Sea town with its wide range of restaurants, pubs, takeaways and shops. Step out onto beautiful coastal walks/runs, plus close access to the stunning South Downs National park.

A gloriously secluded Shepherds Hut close to Lewes

Orchard Hut is a secluded and very private shepherd's hut fitted to a high standard, and situated in a gloriously peaceful meadow setting away from any road noise. The meadow is rich in wildlife and there are views to the South Downs that can be enjoyed from the hammock or the wood fired hot tub.The hut sits just outside the South Downs National Park, 3 miles from Lewes and 5 miles to Glyndebourne. There is direct access to a myriad of public footpaths with a good choice of stunning walks.

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Little Coombe Bank

New in 2019 ! Little Coombe Bank is a lovely self contained cabin with its own private garden space . It is suitable for 2 adults primarily. We also have a cot for babies. It is a light and airy space with lots of natural light from the 3 skylights, 2 large windows and full glass entrance which opens out to your private patio garden complete with wood burner. It is adjacent to the main house but not overlooked. We are pet friendly and have fab walks direct from the house.
