Lo chalet è immerso nel verde, nel silenzio e nel relax. È il luogo ideale per meditare, staccare la spina lontano da ogni distrazione. Abitabile tutto l’anno, lo chalet è FRESCO d’estate e avvolto dal CALORE della stufa a legna nelle stagioni più fredde. Lo chalet è raggiungibile da un’antica mulattiera.

La casera dei due cucher

Piccolo rustico già adibito a stalla finemente restaurata in stile dolomitico mantenedo le caratteristiche archittetoniche originali, luminosa ed accogliente. Al piano terra zona giorno composta da cucina attrezzata a vista. Zona living con tv e stube tradizionale. Completa il piano il bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Al primo piano due ampie e luminose camere doppie, travi a vista e affaccio sulla vallata e sul Lago di Santa Croce. Due posti auto pertinenziali, ampio giardino non recintato.

La casa delle Farfalle

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso, pieno di bellezza, dove sentirsi bene. Il posto consente massima privacy ma, al tempo stesso, è vicino al paese di Rango, uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia. La baita, circondata dal bosco, si trova all'interno di un grande prato di 2000 metri quadrati a completa disposizione degli ospiti. Nelle vicinanze luoghi mozzafiato, le malghe e le vette. Casa di montagna a 600m di altitudine, immersa tra castagni e faggi. Distante 6km da Arco, nelle vicinanze del Lago di Garda, ideale per una vacanza rilassante e home working, per gli amanti del trekking, MTB, arrampicata e passeggiate nella natura. Dotata di tutti i confort abitativi, dispone di ampio giardino recintato (300 mq), parcheggi auto privati e zona relax esterna per trascorrere serate in compagnia. Gli animali sono i benvenuti. Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.
