In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

In 15 Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß am Alpsee und am Aufstieg zu den Schlössern. Bei uns starten viele schöne Wanderungen/ Radtouren. Schwangau ist 2,6 km, Füssen 4,2 km entfernt.

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist Teil eines Einfamilienhauses welches wir als Familie bewohnen, ist jedoch vollständig abgetrennt mit eigenem Eingang. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen, Bad mit WC/ Badewanne/Waschmaschine/Trockner, sowie der Wohnküche mit TV und Bettsofa für weitere 2 Pers. Eigene kostenfreie PP direkt am Haus + Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos.

You will love it because of: quiet neighborhood, king size bed, outside space, parking, light and cleanliness. It fits perfect for families and couples.

Moderne Ferienwohnung direkt am Lech. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer modern eingerichteten Küche ,Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), einem Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, und einem Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe. Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1. Das Apartment umfasst 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Kühlschrank und einer Kaffeemaschine sowie einem 35qm Bad mit einer Dusche/Badewanne und einem Haartrockner. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden im Apartment gestellt.

The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.
