From the well-appointed, private and spacious first floor annex in the West Wing of the house, guests are encouraged to explore our five-acre property comprising woodland, meadow and traditional walled garden. Stay in the very heart of Norwich. This beautifully finished self-contained apartment is set within the historic market square and Tudor lanes, just moments from both cathedrals. Step outside and you’re immediately surrounded by the city’s best shops, restaurants, and culture — everything is right on your doorstep. The suite shares common entrance with us but is completely lockable and private. We will be on hand if you need us, but there is no need for interaction if prefer it that way.

This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

You will occupy a private wing comprising 2 charming bedrooms, games room with full-sized Snooker Table, garden room cum kitchenette-diner plus a private rear garden. For breakfast you can choose from freshly baked bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and homemade preserves.

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

It has a secluded outdoor area with BBQ, fire pit and a picnic bench for relaxing. A superb place for visiting nearby Norwich and the sights of Norfolk. There are 38 acres of lovely grounds for walks and a lake so plenty to see. The Orangery Tea room is on site serving breakfasts & teas and booking is advised.

Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests .
