If you're looking for a characterful cottage in a peaceful setting but a walking distance to the beach and St Ives then Brook Cottage is the perfect place to have your holiday. The Cottage has three lovely unique bedrooms. Suzy and Ollie have thought about all your needs and want you to have a comfortable stay. There is a games room with a ping pong table, dart board & table football so whatever the weather there's plenty to do. Great for Surfers, walkers, swimmers, cyclists, and Art lovers.

We have Wi-Fi, a large kitchen/diner, and two sitting rooms, one with a wood burner and both with smart TVs. We are a short stroll to the beach and harbour with its award-winning restaurants and a great selection of cafes, pubs, shops, gym and market.

The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. Elmfield barn is conveniently situated on the A394 for exploring the beautiful west Cornwall coast and countryside. The comfortable accommodation is ideal for couples who appreciate having the great outdoors on their doorstep, yet within easy reach of many places of interest and excellent restaurants and pubs. The A394 can be quite busy at times, so some traffic noise can be heard during the day when the windows are open. Fans are provided for when the weather is hot.

Corn Loft is located in an old mill next to the River Hayle. It is in a peaceful and remote countryside location but only a few miles from the glorious North and South coast beaches and only 10 minutes from St Ives. There are lovely walks from the garden along the riverbank to the village of St Erth which has a Pub, village shop and branch line station to St Ives.
