Haus Katharina ist ein uriges Blockhaus in exponierter, einmaliger Lage direkt auf der Skiwiese im/am Naturschutzgebiet. Das Grundstück ist 1100 m² groß. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.
