Property consists of our primary residence with the rental being a separate and private "mother in law" home.

Mansfield and situated in a quiet and rural setting, enjoy the sounds of the Browns River and neighboring Clay Brook from the solitude of your deck. The apartment has everything that you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Just a 2-minute drive to hiking trails and mountain biking; 20 minutes to skiing at Smugglers Notch; 35 minutes to Burlington and the shore of Lake Champlain.

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

We are just outside of the village of Jeffersonville (3 minute walk to Main St.) The apartment is on the ground floor of our duplex. Jayne and Zach are your hosts who live upstairs with their dog Moses. The space has a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, one queen bed and full bath. Just 4 miles down the road from Smugglers Notch Resort. 45 mins to Burlington. 25 mins to Stowe in the summertime.

By the Brewster - 3 Mins to Smugglers Ski Mtns, Do

By The Brewster Chalet offers a great view of the Brewster river. It has two bedrooms, a workstation area and a well-equipped kitchen. Close access from the main road, yet feels private and offers a secluded backyard. In winter (date varies depending on weather and temperature) the direct route over the mountain between the chalet and Stowe is closed, the drive around is approx. 50 minutes.
