This cottage is 4 mins drive from Bowral with delightful country views to the Wingecarribee River. It has 2 bedrooms - both Queen size beds with reverse cycle air conditioning. A functioning kitchenette as well as a breakfast table & chairs, smart TV/Nettflix in a cosy sitting room. Blue & white bathroom. Ideal for a couple or with baby or 2 couples. I get a lot of 2 + 1 guests which works equally as well. Two private outside areas to sit and enjoy the peaceful rural views is also available.

This cosy 1 bedroom furnished apartment has everything you need for short or extended stays. RC A/C. The main bedroom has a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Complimentary snacks, cereals and drinks. There is a smart 55"tv in the lounge and 40"in the bedroom, free wifi. It is located on second level. NE facing private balcony. The park at the lake which has free electric bbq's and the beach are only a 5 minute walk from your front door. MAX 2 guests. NOT suitable for infants.

Easy 15 min walk to train station nd many food and drink venues. A/C (heat/cool), wood burner, ceiling fan, double glazed windows. Queen bed, bathroom with heated floor, heated towel rail and a well equipped kitchenette with basic breakfast provisions including tea and coffee. Private, peaceful & perfect for couples.

The sofabed is charged at an additional $20/night. The Little House has everything you need for a short stay in The Highlands! * The property welcomes gentle, well socialised pups. The Little House backyard is also shared by my super friendly dog and ewe!
