However due to proximity it is NOT suitable for parties or noisy gatherings. Partially air conditioned. 2 separate entrances, full kitchen, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, 2 lounge areas including rumpus room (with books and games) in which to relax. Situated on 5 acres, on a hill overlooking the valley. Strictly NO smoking and NO pets permitted on property.

The lounge room of cottage has a daybed and a trundle or porta-cot that can be setup on request.
