It is a 50 metre walk from the parking area to the Lodge. There is free Wifi in the Lodge and good mobile signal. This place is a retreat for you to truly unwind, relax & get away from it all, or use as a base for exploring the local area and the Lake District. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children or infants.

Our fully insulated Log cabin is situated within our private woodland with its own entrance and approx 1 acre of fenced woodland, about 5 miles west of Appleby. The Lodge is on our 50 acre smallholding so although it is on its own it is not isolated and is within 200m of our farmhouse. Kent Lodge is a new property built in the summer of 2019. The lodge is located behind a farmhouse on the Dalesway and is one of two lodges only on the property. It has stunning views over the surrounding countryside. Close to Kendal and on the edge of the Lake District National Park the property is handy for all tourist attractions.
