"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

The house features three bedrooms, a den, & a bonus landing on the second floor. Additionally, there's a private hot tub that seats 3 to 4 guests. The kitchen is fully updated & well-equipped. Conveniently located within walking distance of downtown BG and City Park, & close to BGSU. This spacious mid-century modern home invites you to come & enjoy its comforts.

Please note this is an attached, above-garage loft. It is separate from the main living quarters and has aprivate entrance.

We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!
