The entire cottage has been remodeled and features a new kitchen and a new bath. You'll have free use of 2 kayaks and a canoe, along with life preservers and paddles. We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

The Little Yellow Cottage

Charming, clean, recently renovated cottage set back from the street in the picturesque, historic downtown Perrysburg. All new high-quality finishes and furniture with a full scope of amenities you would expect for a relaxing getaway or a comfortable work trip. Very quiet and just a short walk (or drive) to Perrysburg’s many boutiques and restaurants. Also, we are now offering a food & beverage concierge service! Your Highness’s House

Your Highnesses House has its own personal charm. I have spent a lot of time creating this space to make it a home away from home. This is a unique side-by-side duplex tucked away in a generally quiet area in the south end of Toledo. This home has a lot of special features that make it a wonderful place to stay whether it be a short-term rental or a long-term rentals. No parties and no smoking/vaping if the rule is broken it’s an additional $500 charge.
