One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. The Garden Cottage is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom apartment in The Lincombes, Torquay’s most prestigious neighbourhood, renowned for its breathtaking views, picturesque gardens, and grand Victorian Italianate residences. Just minutes from Torquay’s marina, it offers a private street entrance & unrestricted parking, plus an on-site Tesla charging point. At the front, is a sunny decked courtyard area. The idyllic Meadfoot Beach—a local favourite—is just a scenic 10-minute stroll away.

This beautiful and cosy flat is a walking distance from Exeter centre and the footpath/cycling lane in the nearby river leads all the way to the Quay and beyond. It is tucked away in a little lane, on a ground floor of a small Victorian cottage. Left of the shared hallway, it opens into a spacious, light and warm hideaway with fully fitted open plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a lovely, private patio garden. This is a friendly, safe house and you can bring a well behaved dog with you.

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Easy to access from the A38 and well connected, which makes this the perfect base to visit the moors, sea, or Cities (Plymouth or Exeter). The cottage has two friendly pubs within 100 yards of the front door and a number of local shops and amenities for you to explore. Not suitable for children and elderly.

The self-contained cabin has a south-facing decking so you can sit with your morning coffee and let the day begin. Only 10mins walk from town centre. Cabin has a modern heating system and is cosy all year round due to the quality insulation. We supply tea, oat milk and fresh coffee and sunshine (when available inDevon 🙂). Bedding, towels & kitchen equipment is also supplied. There’s a small kitchen area, bathroom and reliable wifi.
