Welcome to Meadow Mead Cottage, a tiny house on the edge of our homestead! Meadow Mead is located 1 KM from downtown Sackville yet feels like you're a million miles away. The cottage features a loft with a queen memory foam mattress, a fully stocked kitchenette and a separate composting toilet and hot outdoor shower. The cabin is dry but has refillable water for sinks and is fully electrified. Enjoy panoramic views of the marsh, wood point and Fort Béausajour from the large cedar deck.

There is an exclusive 6 person hot tub off the veranda and the sauna is only steps away.

I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.

Propane stovetop and oven. Furnished deck and BBQ. Although there is no plumbing (outhouse), large fresh water jugs are provided for your drinking and washing needs. Bonfire pit. The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.
