The Hut at Seven Acres

Situated on three acres of grassed field alongside a wild flower meadow, the hut offers a peaceful escape for those seeking a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Hand-crafted from scratch by your host Dave, this shepherd's hut boasts a generous 9ft by 22ft footprint, larger than a standard shepherd’s hut. The hut offers the best of both worlds – a tranquil escape surrounded by nature, yet with the convenience of a village pub just a stone's throw away.

New Lodge Cabin

A cabin on wheels, made from locally sourced oak and larch. Set within a meadow, surrounded by woodland in Sherwood Forest. Shower with underfloor heating in a shepherd hut. Compost toilets. Outdoor pot washing facilities and dining area. A perfect off grid stay. Our smallholding has sheep, goats and chickens which graze often in the meadow depending on the season. Sherwood Forest and Sherwood Pines are all within walking/cycle distance.

The Nook, Cosy Holiday Cottage

‘ The Nook' is a cosy 1 bed holiday cottage, which is set in the village of Laneham, North Nottinghamshire. The cottage has a number of quirky features, exposed beams, a wood burning stove and a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is a 30 second walk. The Barn at Westhill Farmhouse

This is a converted tractor barn within the grounds of Westhill Farmhouse. It has not been a working farm since the 1960's but is set within a quiet area with garden space and off road parking. The property is wheel chair accessible
