Stevin ranch se nalazi 2 km udaljen od granicnog prelaza prema evropskoj uniji, neposrednoj blizini planine Kozare i nacionalnog parka Mrakovica (20 km), manastira Mostanica ( 6 km) te banje Mljecanica ( 18 km). U prizemlju kuće se nalazi dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom i kupatilo, na prvom katu su 3 sobe sa bračnim krevetom, a u potkrovlju jedna soba sa bračnim krevetom i dva odvojena kreveta. Uz dnevni boravak i odvojeni ulaz se nalazi konoba sa kaminom. Unutrašnjost kuće je od drveta i zimi je jako topla, dvorište je jako prostrano i ima dosta mjesta za tjelesne aktivnosti (mali nogomet, košarka, odbojka, ljuljačke, klackalica, kućica na drvetu, a od proljeća u blizini kuće budu stacionirani konji)
