Lovingly converted in 2021, Krow Kerrik was originally the cart house for Woolgarden , a farm nestled near the edge of Bodmin moor. Accommodating between 4 and 6 people, there are 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite, a mezzanine level with 2 chair beds, a shower room and stunning open plan kitchen and living space. The private garden with patio, seating and BBQ overlooks farmland. Perfectly situated in a quiet corner of North Cornwall, it is within easy distance of beautiful beaches and open moorland.

This is a spendid ‘upside down’ ancient barn, with a spacious, light and airy double height living room, with well-equipped kitchen area on the first floor, taking advantage of the amazing views. Two cosy bedrooms, modern shower room and all-important boot/ utility room are on the ground floor. The decor is stylish and simple, with excellent quality fittings and linens. ‘Pendora’ is a well appointed 3 bedroom home within a stones throw from the beach. Walking distance (albeit all uphill coming back) from local cafes & a pub & of course award winning Crackington Haven beach. Ground floor features living & dining area, kitchen, a twin room, a single room & family shower room. Access onto the balcony from the living/dining area with BBQ. Upstairs for the master suite with en-suite bathroom & views. Pets are welcome however they’ll be an additional cleaning fee.

Manu Propria overlooks the stunning North Cornish coastline with views from Pentire Head to Lundy Island. The nearest beach is located at the bottom of the picturesque Trebarwith Valley with nearby parking, or is only half an hour on foot via country lanes and footpaths. A great base for exploring Tintagel, Boscastle, Port Isaac and Bodmin Moor. Manu Propria has been inspected and approved by Quality In Cornwall, who work in partnership with Visit Cornwall, Cornwall's official Tourist Board.

Modern 4 bed Beach House - 4 minutes walk to beach

A modern light filled beach house, ‘Seasalt’ is just 3 minutes walk from Widemouth Bay’s lifeguarded surf beach and rock pools, with two beach cafes, three restaurants and a small shop all within easy walking distance. Bude is a five minute drive with many shops, supermarkets, cafes and art galleries as well as two fantastic beaches and a canal. Attractions such as The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Tintagel Castle all wIthin a 30-40 minute drive with The Eden project and Padstow within an hour.

Sunnyside

Sunnyside is a lovely traditional stone cottage in North Cornwall next to the beautiful coastal path and close to a fantastic surfing beach. It is within walking distance of Tintagel Castle and two fantastic Cornish pubs, plus conveniently located for many tourist attractions. The cottage has four bedrooms, a large eat-in kitchen , a garden and outside terrace with table and seating, a cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove, a games room with table-football and parking for three cars.

Cancleave - Cornish Clifftop Luxury

Cancleave has been in our family since 1962. During the winter of 2020/21 it underwent a complete reconstruction to create a modern, energy-efficient and supremely comfortable retreat. Nestled on the coast road between Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay, the property occupies around half an acre of lawned garden bordering the South West Coast Path. From here you can enjoy breathtaking views across Bude Bay as far as Lundy Island, as well as inland vistas stretching all the way to Dartmoor.

Thyme at the Old Herbery

A self-contained, single-level property that is close to Davidstow & Bodmin Moor and a short drive to Boscastle, Tintagel, Bude and Camelford. It is well placed for local walks and excursions. There is outside space to enjoy along with views to Roughtor, the moor & the tallest hill in Cornwall, Brown Willy. The grassland around the property is perfect for active little legs (children or pets) to have a good stretch - we've even got enough tarmac for bikes, skateboards and roller-skates!

Original Port Gaverne Cellar (40yds to beach)

Welcome to our home from home. We come here as often as we can to get outdoors, splash in the sea, or sit in the pub and play games with the kids. Please make yourself comfortable and help yourself reasonably to anything you may need to use, i.e. toys, games, water sports equipment - Stand up Paddleboards. Parking for 2 family sized cars. (It’s tight but it works) The house is pet and human friendly. We truly hope you’ll enjoy your stay in Port Gaverne (Port Issac) North Cornwall.
