Lontano dai rumori della città e della movida. Un ampio giardino con pini marittimi completa il parco del complesso residenziale. Posto all'inizio del tratto cittadino della via Flacca, l'appartamento consente di raggiungere rapidamente le spiagge più esclusive di Gaeta.
