Located within 5 minutes of Boone Golf Course, restaurants, shopping and Appalachian State University. Our cottage offers 2 spacious bedrooms with tvs, a laundry room and 1 bathroom. It has a cozy living room with a gas log fireplace and huge tv! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet coffee bar! We also offer Nestle Cottage next door if needed.

Two minute walk to ASU campus and a few more minutes to multiple dining options. 14 exterior steps down to this basement apartment. 116 sq feet of functional new construction.
