It is designed for area visitors and contractors who have their own self contained units and by the end of the day, are too tired to do anything but come home, clean up (in their own shower) and go to bed. We do offer full hook ups of water, sewer, electricity (30 and 50 amp) and wifi. A laundry room is under construction.

The whole house includes two main floor bedrooms with private baths, two upstairs bedrooms with a shared bathroom, an additional main floor bathroom. The house can sleep up to nine people. Infants staying in their parents’ rooms (in a pack and play you provide) don't count toward the nine person limit.
