The apartment is located in the upper floor of a three-party house in a quiet Godesberg altitude and extends over 2 floors. It is bright and spacious. The view is stunning and goes into the green and the Seven Mountains. The existing balcony to South is accessible from the living room and kitchen. Living at the groundfloor we are happy to assist you to make you stay as convenient as possible! The apartment is fully equipped and has a large living room with panoramic views, kitchen and bathroom. Two double bedrooms are on the same level, the third bedroom is on the upper level accessible via a space-saving staircase. It has a double bed and a work area with desk. Parking space is available directly in front of the house on the street. The connections with the B9 and the infrastructure of the Bonn area is excellent. The Cologne-Bonn Airport can be reached in 25 minutes by highway.   The apartment is a great base for exploring the local sights of Cogne-Bonn area and the romantic Rhine Valley with Rolandsbogen, Loreley and the Seven Hills. Muffendorf is a very picturesque part of Bonn-Bad Godesberg. There are many half-timbered houses in the old town along the main road and in many places that have preserved their originality. You have a good view of the Seven Mountains with Drachenfels etc. on the opposite side of the Rhine. There are two exquisite restaurants and two pubs to explore in walking distance as well as the Café de Muffendorf that Thursdays - Sundays also offers fresh baked goods. The nearest supermarket is open Monday - Saturday until 22.00. Bad Godesberg, which was considered a diplomatic district in the time of the Bonn Republic, consists of many parks and the Rhine promenade, from where you can let the picturesque backdrop of the Seven Mountains with the Drachenfels and Petersberg effect on you. A ferry brings you on the other side of the Rhine, on which there are many hiking trails such as the Rheinhöhenweg. Bad Godesberg itself is dominated by the Godesburg watching over our little town. The mineral springs at Bad Godesberg Draitschbrunnen and the town hall offer her healing water on even today. The apartment is very well connected to public transport, the next bus stop is only 50 m away and there are only two bus stops to the subway Stadthalle Bad Godesberg away (15 min walking distance). The Bad Godesberg Train Station can be reached by walking in 20 minutes, by train you are then in 5 minutes in the center of Bonn or in half an hour in Cologne. Metro and train station are easily accessible by bus. International guests are welcome!

Unsere frisch renovierte, große Ferienwohnung ist Teil eines historischen Vierkanthofes. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich eine große, gemütliche Wohnküche mit toller Aussicht und Kamin, übergehend in ein offenes Wohnzimmer, sowie zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett (1,80 x 2,00 m) und Kleiderschrank. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Ein Parkplatz und ein eigener, eingezäunter Garten gehört dazu.

Das Anwesen liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse inmitten von Wald und Wiesen. Ideal für Wanderer und Biker, los gehts direkt vor der Tür. Im großen Garten hinter dem Haus könnt ihr nach Lust und Laune in der Sonne liegen, unter dem Walnussbaum gemütlich sitzen, die Sauna nutzen (10,- für Nebenkosten) oder den Tag am Lagerfeuer ausklingen lassen!

Badewanne,Daybed, 2PersSchneckendusche und Echtholzkamin lassen keine Wünsche offen. Im Sommer kann ein 5x4Meter Tor geöffnet werden welches den unteren Loftbereich zum Cabrio macht. Wiehl Zentrum in ca. 3 km Entfernung mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckereien und Restaurants. Geheizt wird mit Heizkörpern, die an unsere mit Ökostrom betriebene Wärmepumpe angeschlossen sind. Im Winter sorgt ein Kamin für eine behagliche Atmosphäre. Moderne Internetverbindung, TV über Sat-Anlage. Wassersprudler vorhanden

Das EIFEL QUARTIER ist eine sehr individuelle, ursprüngliche Unterkunft mit modernem Pelletofen, sie geht über zwei Etagen und verfügt über eine E-Tankstelle. Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 5 Personen. Sie verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,40m breitem Doppelbett. In einer offenen Nische befindet sich ein Schlafplatz - ebenfalls 1,40m breit - für weitere 2 Personen. In einer zweiten Nische befindet sich ein Einzelbettt. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über zwei Sofas, einen großen Tisch für 8 Personen sowie einen Kamin. Zur Wohnung dazu gehört eine gut ausgestattete Küche sowie ein Duschbad und ein WC.
