CASAPOESIA, design e silenzio in centro storico

Appartamento mansardato al 1° piano nella corte di Palazzo Pallavicini, nel cuore di Bologna. Il silenzio e i tocchi di design donano a questo spazio un carattere intimo e accogliente. Il tetto in legno bianco fa risaltare il suggestivo wall mural della zona notte e i pannelli giapponesi della cabina armadio. Poesie alle pareti, tante piante e un piccolo terrazzo ad asola completano la magia del luogo. L'appartamento è stato totalmente ristrutturato a fine 2021 ed è dotato di tutti i comfort.

Inserita in un immobile ubicato nella storica Via Clavature (la via dei “ciavadur” - n.d.r. “artigiani delle serrature”-, dove anticamente erano collocate le loro botteghe) la suite, sita al secondo piano, beneficia di una recente e moderna ristrutturazione che ha voluto mantenere l'originale trave in legno del soffitto risalente al 1380, rendendola così parte integrante dell’arredamento.
