Self contained guest suite in historic village

Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Characterful Farm Cottage off the beaten track

Tyddyn Morgan is a historic cottage nestling on the edge of the woods in the quiet of the hills. A cosy lounge has a wood burner in the inglenook fireplace for those chilly nights. A well equipped kitchen with dining table. The two bedrooms with a double in the master and bunks in the second makes this a cosy cottage for two or the family. Explore country lanes from the doorstep or we are only a mile from the sea and a welcoming base to explore North Wales from or just stay in and relax.

Elevated Quirky Cabin over River

This romantic tree cabin is located on the edge of a tranquil woodland at the bottom of a beautiful privately owned 5 acre garden, overlooking a hypnotic river waterfall. This majestic retreat is where you can unwind, relax and recharge, with full access to the BBQ area and on site sauna. If sitting back is not for you there are several local country walks and attractions. By car Wrexham is just 5 minutes away, Chester 25 minutes and if you fancy a day in Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.

The Paddock

The Paddock cottage is a wonderful, semi-detached bungalow set in the owner's 3 acre grounds, with views over the rolling countryside. Set all on the ground floor, the spacious living/dining room features a cosy electric fire and a large Smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen is well-equipped and has both a dishwasher and washing machine. Accommodation is spread over 2 comfortable double bedroom, one of which has a kingsize bed and the other has French doors leading to the patio area.

Set beside the apple orchard at The Old Sheep Farm in Eryri National Park (Snowdonia), The Hayloft is a dog-friendly, one-bedroom crog-loft hideaway a short drive from the coast. Exposed beams, a wood-burner and a freestanding roll-top bath give the cottage a warm, settled feel, while stunning views stretch across the hills towards the sea. You will have use of our cosy self contained annexe - with parking, wood burning stove, and basic kitchen facilities. The views of farm land, open countryside and our garden are stunning. We usually have chickens and there are often lambs in our small fields.
