A short walk or ride along the Dalmeny/Narooma bike-path (which passes along the back fence) brings you to the shops and beaches. A perfect base for riding the Narooma MTB trails, space for the boat for keen fishers and featuring a native garden to immerse yourself in and watch the birds.

Only 5mins from town, our modern, barn style house is a sanctuary of peace and calm for up to 6 guests.

Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.

The original stables at historic Longsight have been lovingly restored and converted to luxury boutique accommodation. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island. The indoor living area flows out to the expansive entertainment deck, creating an ideal setting for relaxed entertaining. You will enjoy beach access from a walking trail. We don't except bookings for SCHOOLIES or Parties.

There is not a road, power line, fence or cliff to separate you from the ever-changing ocean, and your secluded cove-beach just 30 steps below. ONE host with just ONE home. Total focus on your visit. I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.

Just a few minutes into town or to the beach or just chill on the wrap around veranda. The property is a small hobby farm with chickens , goats, alpaca an orchard and veggie gardens which you are welcome to explore
