There is a large screened porch across the back and a generous side yard with table & 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs. We are directly across the street from the beach & tennis courts are down the street. It is a short walk to the Community Center with a playground for kids and to the charming town of Boca Grande..

House is a 2 bed, 2 bath layout. The Master bed is a king bed and the guest bedroom is a queen. Both bedrooms have walks in closets with easy and convenient shelving and built in hampers. The laundry is stocked with liquid soap and fragrance free powder with fast efficient machines. There are speakers in the house, lanai and pergola. You will be able to control them via your phone. There is a desk work area with extra monitor for laptops and a printer for your use.

The property is gated and has a secure backyard. Walk just steps onto the powdered beach sand and Gulf of Mexico. Property is a 30-day minimum. Minimum night rent is 7 nights. If rented for less than 30 days, we will block off the rest of the calendar days in that 30-day period.
