A few houses from Midtown’s pickle ball courts, you’ll find the Ivy Cottage. Charm and character are the highlight of this adorable property. The oversized sectional is the perfect place to cozy up and watch your favorite show on the Smart TV. Or serve dinner in the dining room with French doors that open to the patio. In the back you’ll find a hot tub, smart TV, couch, dart board, wine fridge, cornhole, etc. Plush beds await when you’re ready to call it a night. *Fireplace is not working.

French Woods Quarters

Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!

Cozy Country Cottage

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Stay a while, relax.

Suburban Sleepover

Great for whole-family getaways, friend reunions, or work travel. This “suburban sleepover” is set with three queen beds along with two full sized couches. There are two full bathrooms. The kitchen and living room can comfortably accommodate groups! The kitchen is fully stocked, and the living room has a smart TV for your convenience. There is a back patio table and front porch swing to sit and sip coffee or tea in the mornings. Plus, the two-car garage is free for parking!

Red Fox Ridge Cabin Getaway

Retreat to this spacious 7-acre cabin getaway and gaze at deer, foxes, and birds, while you unwind in peace. Nestled on a wooded hillside just miles off of Route 66, Red Fox Ridge is perfect for any nature lover or large group looking for an escape. Sip your morning coffee from the front or back porches with nature as company, before the rest of your group wakes up.

Built in 1925, this gorgeous home is over 100 years old and is located directly across from the beautiful Braden Park. Enjoy scenic park views from the covered patio and this home's proximity to all of Tulsa's main attractions such as the Tulsa Expo Center, Gathering Place, Historic Route 66, Downtown Tulsa, Mother Road Market, Cherry Street, and much more. The home is fully renovated while maintaining its historic significance and charm!

However the owner will respect your privacy and will not bother you. You have free access to walk, roam, hit golf balls and let your pets run.
