Sweet, sunny and cozy apartment in the lovely Elm Heights Neighborhood minutes from IU and all that Bloomington has to offer. This is a walkout basement unit. It is separated from the rest of the house with a private entrance and patio. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. We live upstairs. We are quiet, but you may hear us at times. You will need to walk through the yard to get to the entrance. Additionally, if you are tall please note that the ceiling height is low in the bedroom.

You can enjoy the large gathering room overlooking a beautiful pond that is surrounded by trees. Hideaway Hollow is a cozy, private guest suite attached to the owner's home. An old-school Airbnb experience, we offer a home away from home inside ours. Located on the north side of Bloomington, it is just 15 minutes from downtown Bloomington, the IU stadium, and an hour from Indianapolis. Nestled in the forests of the Indiana Uplands, the space offers a covered porch with a private entrance, a spacious living room, a kitchenette, and a master bedroom with a full bath.

This unique hexagonal apartment has a private entrance, front and back decks, and attached sunken garden. As you enter you are welcomed into a cedar walled landing with a few steps down to a large den looking out onto the garden or up to the open two bedroom apartment. This is the perfect hideaway for a quiet visit in the hills of southern Indiana away from the the hustle and bustle of the city. This is not suitable for you to host extra guests and cars during your stay.

The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.
