Free parking and beautiful back deck. Located in a duplex, you will have the top unit, my family friend lives on the bottom. I live a few streets over and am happy to give local recommendations! An 8 minute walk to the Deerfield River for guided fishing tours with Hilltown Anglers, kayaks, ,whitewater rafting. 10 minute walk to town and shuttle for tubing. A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. Please look at our reviews to see if we would be a good fit. A few miles from several local beaches, Newport and the Block Island Ferry. 4:20 friendly.

Charming apartment in heart of Stonington Borough

Located in the heart of idyllic Stonington Village, this apartment is blocks away from stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and library. Main bedroom has a king size bed; second room can be used as an extra bedroom (twin bed) or as a study. Large living/dining area looks out to front porch, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal. Pots, pans, silverware, sink, stove/oven, and refrigerator can be found in the kitchenette. Towels and sheets are provided; walk-in shower in bath.
