Oxted high street is only an 8 min drive with choice of restaurants, Cafés, boutiques, mini Waitrose, Everyman cinema, Oxted festival & mainline station to (London Bridge 28mins)

Easy access to Gatwick Airport and Redhill mainline train station.

A charming self contained annex situated in front of the main house just off the A264. It has it's own separate entrance so you can come and go at any time, own decking with outside sitting area to enjoy a cup of tea outside and has ample secure parking. The annex includes ample parking spaces. Long/short visits welcome. Work/holiday. Bright & spacious with an airy feel, clean and refurbished to high standard. Open plan kitchen/living/dining. Washing machine. Good hotel alternative.

Orchard Garden Cabin

We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is a decking area around the cabin with a fire pit plus table and chairs for dining alfresco or just enjoy the fresh air. We are surrounded by fields located about 1 mile from the village and pubs. You can head out for a county walk right from the door step. Several National trust properties in the area. As of May 2025, we have extended the drive way to make parking easier. Guests have space for one car to park on the driveway.
