We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. Look at the stars at night,listen to birds during the day and take it easy at this unique,pet friendly place. The Tired Beagle is a repurposed Dog Grooming business. There is a Q-bed and Futon Bed with a thick foam pad to place on top. Dog wash is available for pets. Located on a working farm in the country,yet a couple miles from Ohio University,there are 40 acres for nature walks,easy access to town and local wineries. The Tired Beagle has ample parking, located next to road for quick access.

College Hill Cottage is located on College Hill, on the scenic, historic site of Weethee Academy in the heart of the Appalachian region of Ohio. Just 15 miles from Athens, Ohio, enjoy the peace and tranquility of the private, spacious yard relaxing on the large front deck, or the side porch. Plenty of space for relaxing, picnics, or watching the deer, turkeys, birds, and squirrels. Close proximity to Ohio University, Hocking Hills, Lake Hope, and Burr Oak State Parks, and Wayne National Forest.

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

This is an Ohio River front private cottage on 7 acres . This cottage has a bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower, large screened deck and a separate outer deck. There is also a grill on deck. This is a great place to escape from stress and just relax! This cottage has WiFi and a 55 inch flat screen satellite TV. Enjoy the river views and watch the wild life . Easy accessibility to the local shopping , Hospitals and Restaurants 10-15 minutes. Pet friendly with a small fee

Roadrunner's Haven

Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. Located 5 minutes from Marietta with easy access. Electronic keypad. Please enjoy visiting Roadrunner's Haven.

***brand new hot tub*** A little two bedroom wooden cabin. Enjoy a crisp, cool morning with a cup of coffee. Enjoy the views of color changing mountains. Warm up in the hot tub under the stars. Have a nice warm cup of apple cider by the bonfire overlooking the mountains. Bring your atv and enjoy adventure riding in the back country of Wirt county. After a long day, cuddle up on the couch and watch a move in front of the fireplace. 4wd required a steep driveway.

City Park 5 minutes away. no pets emotional or ada. I'm allergic to pets and I have to clean. sorry for inconvenience.
